Terms and Conditions

1. CSDigi.io provides digital services as per agreed scope and timelines. Any modifications must be mutually approved in writing.
2. Clients agree to provide timely content, feedback, and access to assets for efficient project execution.
3. Payments must follow the milestone-based schedule. Delayed payments may pause or terminate services.
4. All intellectual property developed remains with the client upon full payment.
5. CSDigi.io reserves the right to feature completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
6. Support services post-launch are subject to separate agreements or AMC terms.
